shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. 

Please allow 1-3 business days for it to be processed before shipment (excluding weekends & public holidays). 

We will email you tracking number after you place an order and then tracking details within 24 hours of shipment from Australia Post. For more information regarding the shipping times please refer to Australia Post website.

International shipping will be charged according to country rate and in  AUD. This amount does not include any international customs duties, customs, sales taxes or any other fees that may be payable upon delivery. Please seek information with your local custom office for further guidance.

To check, track and redirect your delivery please contact Australian Post via their website or app.They will send you a notification once the order is delivered. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes ( domestic and international delivery).
