Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible; however, slight variations in colour, texture, size, and finish may occur and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and dispatched.
We accept payment through secure third-party payment providers. Plum Plum does not store full payment card details.
4. Order acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Cancel orders due to pricing errors
Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorised activity
If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
